PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JUSTICE REFORM COMMITTEE
The Justice Reform Committee are volunteers formed by C. J. Ford Private Investigations to investigate into justice related issues in the community. The purpose and scope of this committee is:
To find and seek Government, Law Enforcement, or other agencies who have resources that can assist and benefit the community for the purpose of public awareness.
To bridge the gap of understanding between Government, Law Enforcement, and the community.
To find youth and adult programs to detour criminal and gang activities in the community.
To monitor, document, and resolve community issues with government or law enforcement officials and agencies through proper channels within their policies and within the law.
To investigate into the practices and activities of authorities that are not setting the standards of their office and position and to investigate into abuse of power or illegal activities.
To establish training, education, and services with Government and Law Enforcement agencies and to establish working partnerships.
To establish a multicultural coalition between the communities.
To join with other organizations in support functions who’s goals are to better the community.
