C. J. Ford: Justice Reform Committee
This web site is devoted to reporting and monitor complaints regarding people, cases, agencies, and others who are allegedly taking advantage of the justice system. All the complaints will be monitored and put into our system. If there are excessive complaints we might advise the parties that there are complaints in our system. However, the purpose of taking these reports are to ensure that individuals in authority do not abuse their power or office at the cost of innocent individuals and taxpayers.
We have a good justice system by design and hopefully this will continue. Our committee uses these reports for evaluation purposes, to establish statistics, and to monitor abuses in our Justice System. We also reserve the right to follow up and investigate into any complaint that causes extreme or unnecessary damages to an individual, wasteful spending to taxpayers, illegal actions, or violations to one’s Constitutional rights.
We also reserve the right to submit this complaint to an agency that would be in control of licensing or addressing complaints of this nature.
Please do not submit any report to our committee that is for retaliation, deformation, or other harmful purpose. Only submit reports that you feel are true and correct. Reports submitted “Anonymous” will be used for statistic purposes only. Reports that have Contact information will also be used for statistic purposes, however they may also be used to verify the complaint and in some cases to assist the party in taking additional remedies.
1. DISCOVERY (BRADY) COMPLAINT
This complaint form is regarding Prosecutor’s who violate Discovery. Complaint can be filed by and attorney or an individual. It can also be used for any Prosecutional Misconduct matter. Fill out a separate complaint for each prosecutor.
2. LAW ENFORCEMENT COMPLAINT
This complaint form is regarding Law Enforcement complaints by Law Enforcement Officers or Facilities. It can be used for all police or law enforcement misconduct complaints. Fill out a separate complaint for each officer.
3. INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE COMPLAINT
This complaint form is regarding Attorney’s who provide poor service for their clients. Fill out a separate complaint form for each attorney.
4. GENERAL COMMENT FORM
This form is to make a general complaint, idea, or comment. Can be used to get on our mailing list or express interest in becoming a member of the committee. You can also use this form to compliment an exceptional or extraordinary public servant or facility.
